    Incredibly slow service. The queue was out of the door and took me about minutes to get served. There was only one person serving on the tills, despite there being at least other members of staff just milling around.Also a staff member left a toastie in the oven for about minutes and it filled the room with smoke and came out cremated. At least this filled my waiting time with some entertainment.The only real upside was that somehow the bakes I bought were still hot - unusual for Gregg's. Bit of a last resort option really.
